Will go through the 3-man section again towards the end of High School season, but I have to say that this is a pretty thorough book. A definite improvement over photocopies and mimeographs.Covers preparation and pregame, mechanics and movement, stances and signals - and then also covers all the field situations just as well as the NCAA college manual. Lots of tips for first-time umpires, though nothing replaces real experience.
